What is your return and refund policy?

Sandsational Sparkle maintains a generous return policy, and we will gladly receive any product if you are not satisfied, excluding opened packages and personalized items.

The following return policies are strictly enforced:

1) Products must be unused and in original packaging
2) You must obtain authorization for a return prior to returning any product. A refund will not be given on items returned without authorization. An item being returned with authorization must be received within 30 days of the purchase date. Please see instructions below for the procedure of obtaining authorization
3) Personalized items are refunded or replaced if we have made an error in personalization. Otherwise, they cannot be returned
4) Shipping/Handling charges are not refunded, and return shipping is not reimbursed. There is a 10% restocking fee on all items
5) Shoes that are returnable must be sent back within 15 days of the purchase date. Please refer to the item's description to see if your shoes are returnable
6) Products must be packed safely for return
7) If a package is refused and/or comes back to us with insufficient postage paid, items will not be refunded. If we do pay the insufficient postage amount to receive the return, that amount will be deducted from your refund total

To Obtain a Return Authorization: Please email us at info@sandsationalsparkle.com with the subject line reading "Return Authorization" and the return details in the email.

We will process your request and respond within 1 business day . Do not return any items other than what is approved through your request.

Please note on the box the Return Authorization Number.
