Credit Cards

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. We use Authorizenet for secure credit card authorization. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.

Damaged Item & Fulfillment Mistakes

We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase.

Should you receive a damaged item, please log in to your account by going to www.coloredsand.net and clicking on the "My Account" link at the top of the page.  Once you have logged into your account, click on "Add Request" and enter your return request information. We will process your request immediately, and will send out a replacement at no charge. When you receive your replacement shipment, you may find a pre-stamped, pre-addressed envelope, ARS (Authorized Return Sticker), or CT (Call Tag). If you receive this in your replacement package, follow the instructions provided to return the damaged merchandise to us. 

Do not return any items other than what is approved through your request.

    Listing Errors

    In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Sandsational Sparkle (coloredsand.net) shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Sandsational Sparkle (coloredsand.net) shall also have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Sandsational Sparkle (coloredsand.net) will issue a refund to your card in the amount of the incorrect price

    

    Order Acceptance Policy

    Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Sandsational Sparkle (coloredsand.net) reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

    Other Conditions

    These conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether this store signs them or not. Sandsational Sparkle (coloredsand.net) reserves the right to make changes to this site and these conditions at any time.

      Out-of-Stock Products

      We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship by the next business day. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock, which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment.

        Privacy

        We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from Sandsational Sparkle (coloredsand.net), you provide your name, email address, credit card information, address, phone number and a password. We use this information to process your order(s), to keep you updated on your purchases and to personalize your shopping experience.

        To keep you informed about our latest offers, we may notify you of current promotions, specials and new additions to this store. You may unsubscribe from our newsletters by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email you receive from us.

          Return & Refund Policy

          Sandsational Sparkle maintains a generous return policy, and we will gladly receive any product if you are not satisfied, excluding opened packages. The following return policies are strictly enforced:

          1) Products must be unused and in original packaging.

          2) You must obtain authorization for a return prior to returning any product.  A refund will not be given on items returned without authorization.  An item being returned with authorization must be received within 30 days of the purchase date.  Please see instructions below for the procedure of obtaining authorization.

          3) Shipping/Handling charges are not refunded, and return shipping is not reimbursed. 
          4) Products must be packed safely for return
          5) If a package is refused and/or comes back to us with insufficient postage paid, items will not be refunded. If we do pay the insufficient postage amount to receive the return, that amount will be deducted from your refund total.
           
          To Obtain a Return Authorization:  

          Please log in to your account by going to www.coloredsand.net and clicking on the "My Account" link at the top of the page.  Once you have logged into your account, click on "Add Request" and enter your return request information. We will process your request and respond within 1 business day .

          Shipping Policy

          We do our best to process orders within 1 business day ~ really we do! But depending upon the day and order size, this is not always possible. To view the estimated ship time with UPS, click here to view the transit time map.  Please see "International Shipping" for processing international orders. 

           

          Due to the weather in our part of the country, occasionally a package can be delayed a day because of post office closures and UPS closures. Please allow an extra day or 2 for delays. In other words, if your event is in 4 business days, choose next day air or 2nd day air as your shipping option. If you choose to chance it, we are not responsible if your package doesn't arrive on time. Watch for a shipping email from us, so you know your package shipped in time for you to receive it for your event. Should your package be delayed due to inclimate weather in any part of the country, we will not be responsible for your delayed package.

          We rarely experience being out of stock on an item, but occasionally we are. In this event, we hold your order if we know the out-of-stock item is due within 2 days. If we don't expect it within 2 days, we will call you and let you know that we are shipping a partial order. If you cannot wait for a back order, you will be presented with the opportunity to cancel the item from your order. Once the item is back in stock, we will ship the item(s) via UPS Ground at No Extra Charge to you! If your original order contained an extra charge for a faster shipping method, the extra shipping charge for the backordered item will be deducted from your original shipping charge. That's our dedication to serve you!

          If you chose 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air UPS shipping, please understand the number of days does not include the day the order is sent, nor the weekends and holidays. If you are counting on your order by a certain day, you must state the delivery deadline during order checkout under "Special Instructions", or call us free at (800) 651-9577. If we are not able to ship your order in time to reach you by your deadline, we will call you.

          When your package is shipped, you will receive a UPS Shipment Notification at the email you provided in your order. You can directly track your package any time with the information in that notification.

          Sandsational Sparkle will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state/province where Sandsational Sparkle (coloredsand.net) holds a presence. For orders shipped to other areas, you (the shopper) are solely responsible for any sales taxes and/or other taxes that may apply.
